Wholesale Program Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to all wholesale products. Product-specific MOQs are listed in our wholesale catalog.
Custom Branding (Name Drop Program)
Customized destination or business name branding is available for qualifying orders of CAD $1,000 or more per design.
Custom Design Services
Exclusive custom artwork and product design services are available for qualifying orders of CAD $3,000 or more per design.
New Customer Display Program
Qualified first-time wholesale customers will receive one complimentary custom wooden countertop display unit(retail value CAD $150) with an initial qualifying order of CAD $800 or more.
Returns & Exchanges
- Defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge.
- Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted with prior authorization and will be issued as store credit for future wholesale purchases.
